Sam has been in the nuisance wildlife removal business for over a decade, and prides himself on his love of animals and people. He worked in construction for twenty-five years, but switched to wildlife removal so that he could combine his love of the outdoors, his need to help other people, and his love of animals. His construction background gives him a unique perspective, and he sees many things other trappers would miss. He quickly spots weak points in a roof, wall or floor that allow animals to get inside. If an animal has caused structural damage, he is expert at removing the animal humanely, and repairing, replacing or refurbishing the damaged area.

Many people are not aware that some animal damage is covered by insurance, and they works tirelessly with insurance companies and adjusters to help their customers find the help they need.

Sam never leaves a customer, even when a job is finished. All his work is completely guaranteed. Previous clients write glowing thank you letters, grateful for the work done by Sam and his employees. Roofs have been saved from aggressive raccoons, technicians have returned to a site several times to make sure every single animal was removed, Sam and his technicians are extremely personable and professional, and they have found innovative solutions to difficult problems.

Sam and his staff take care of wild animal problems in all sorts of buildings: people\\\'s homes and outbuildings, office suites, warehouses, dry docks, and historical sites. Sam is a certified installer of Bird Barrier products, and he expertly restores historical facades after they have been damaged by pigeons. While their most common household call is removing squirrels and raccoons from attics, they are also experienced at everything from removing dead animals from chimneys, to removing poisonous snakes from basements, to getting rid of a skunk smell that has permeated a room, to birds or bats flying around a house.

Sam and his staff recognize there is never a dull moment in this business. They make themselves available 24/7, with a landline that goes right into his home after hours. He knows that every wildlife removal call is an emergency to the person faced with a wild animal, and they want to make you feel safe again in your own home, property and business.

We solve many types of wildlife control conflicts in Brooklyn and surrounding areas. Give us a call if you need expert animal removal and/or live wildlife trapping. We can also perform an inspection of your property to evaluate the problem.

Many of the projects we solve involve raccoon families in attics and chimneys, mud swallow nests on stucco, woodpeckers drilling siding, voles and gophers destroying lawns, rats or squirrels thumping and bumping around inside walls and in attics, bat infestations, skunks stealing pet food and snakes living in crawlspaces and stone walls.

Along with physical damage and disease, wild animals also bring along disturbance and nuisance with all their noise and commotion and smell. Baby raccoons chirp and chitter like little birds; raccoons and rats will fight all night and keep people awake; skunk smell takes the cake, but have you ever smelled a dead animal in your ventilation system? We have seen much, much more than these problems, but that is a general idea of the kinds of problems that my professional wildlife removal operators and I are prepared to solve.

Not only do my technicians and I trap and remove problem wild animals, we do a lot of other dirty work, too. Don't hesitate to call us for dead animal removal, pigeon waste cleanup, bat guano removal, mouse droppings, decontamination, repairs, above ground and below ground rodent slick fencing, odor control for skunk spray, and the like. We are a full service pest control company with a wide range of animal control solutions.

I have been in the professional wildlife control business for many years. My favorite stories and experiences are removing bats from schools and churches.

For pigeon and bird control, bat removal, or relief from other pest animals, call our wildlife management experts. Many nuisance wildlife companies offer critter capture and control; our wildlife operators provide professional pest wild animal management. We remove the following AND MORE:

Crown Heights, Brooklyn Construction Brings Out The Rats

Crown Heights is one of those Brooklyn neighborhoods going through a lot of change.  Buildings are being torn down to make way for new developments for wealthier newcomers that can afford the rising rent prices and housing values.  But, that means the rats are coming out in droves.  The rats flee buildings that are demolished and find their way into nearby buildings.  Residents report huge rats, even seeing them just running openly down the street.  While the city is working with property owners to take care of the rat problem, they suggest the best way to keep rats out of buildings and homes is to make sure there are no openings through which they can enter, and make sure there is nothing that will attract them, like open garbage cans or pet food.  Professional wildlife management crews are experienced at inspecting properties for rat entrance points and sealing them up, as well as getting rid of rats in the building.

Brooklyn Animal Control

Of all of Brooklyn\'s wild life (not counting nightlife or politics, of course), squirrels, pigeons, rats and mice are some of the most common. But there has also been an increasing problem with Brooklyn raccoons, possums, and skunks.

Most residents are surprised when they realize how close they live to these large wild animals. They may first suspect a rat problem when they hear a rustling in a garbage can or in a wall, but are shocked when they\'re greeted instead by skunk spray or a hissing possum. Raccoons are the most aggressive of these animals, willfully and skillfully ripping through walls and roofs to gain access inside your home or building. Opossums and skunks are less aggressive, but will defend themselves when they feel cornered, by biting, scratching, or, in the case of skunks, spraying. These larger wild animals are always on the hunt for a comfortable den and plenty of food, so garbage cans, pet food bowls, or evidence of rodents will attract them. They can be infested with fleas, mites, or ticks. They can spread disease to humans and pets. They are equipped with sharp teeth and claws and area ready to defend themselves. They should removed professionally to ensure they are handled humanely, and to keep you and your loved ones safe.

A wild life removal expert knows how to remove these animals from your building or property safely and effectively. They are skilled at locating and sealing up entrance points, spotting and fixing the things that attracted the animals in the first place, and cleaning and sanitizing the area after the animal has been removed.

Often, the existence of an animal such as a Brooklyn raccoon or possum indicates further wild animal problems. Moles, gophers, rats or mice may be living in the area and attracting predators such as raccoons, skunks and possums. A wildlife removal technician can investigate your property to remove these pests, as well.

While bat populations have decreased in Brooklyn and other New York areas, we still receive calls asking us to remove bats from homes, apartments and office buildings.  White nose syndrome is caused by a fungus, and has caused some bat populations to drop by as much as 75-90% in some areas.  It wakens the bats earlier in the season, because they were too weak to store up adequately for hibernation.  They seek out shelter and food sources wherever they can without having to travel too far afield. Sometimes that means you’ll end up with bats in an attic, chimney, wall or under your eaves.  Great care must be taken to remove bats, because they are protected by law, and a skilled wildlife control expert has the knowledge to do the job efficiently and humanely, without putting you or your family at risk.

When it comes to wild animal removal, there are many do-it-yourself fixes out there, but do you really want to expose yourself or your loved ones to the unpredictability of wild animals? An expert knows the animals in your areas, and is skilled at removing them, properly cleaning and sanitizing the area so you do not have to deal with further problems such as a flea infestation or lingering smells, and they can repair damages the animal caused. The solution to your wild animal problem is just a phone call or click away.
